| If you're a true fan of the Ashes series, and especially after such a long time between drinks too, Then you've got to get to as many games as you can,Rather than watching them at home on the TV IMO.
I'm really excited to see the touring Kangaroos in a 3 game test series on these shores. In the good old days of the proper tours, when the Aussies played 3 tests and also played against club sides too, we were certainly spoiled by watching their talents. In 1982 and also 1986 I probably went to 8 or more games during each tour.
Jolly boys outing for 22 booked including coach transfer for the Everton Test.
Tickets for the Headingley test booked too,and guess what, were actually standing on the Western Terrace, that's the one without a roof and which is open to the elements too,and is the stand that fans of every other club moan about as you could actually get wet if it rains.
For all of you nancy boys & girls out there that are concerned about standing on the western terrace and who will be concerned that I could actually get wet or even washed away if it rains on game day, then I will wear the appropriate waterproof clothing and will be fine.

| What an awful system! Eventually managed to get tickets—ended up with seats in the wings of the South Stand and pricey ones for Everton. Can’t make the Wembley game, though I would if I didn’t have a prior engagement I can’t get out of.
There really should have been some sort of criteria for pre-registering. I know at least two people who rarely go to games but have bought 10 or 20 tickets per match. Surely regulars should be looked after first? A phased rollout—season ticket holders first, then members, then general sale—would have been a fairer way to do it.

| I suppose I underestimate the demand, but I didn't do anything abuut tickets until this morning, and it looks like I might already be too late! I checked my emails, and I got one on Tuesday, saying, last chance for your Ashes code. But that expired after 24 hours, and the link is now dead. And I gather that people have been allowed to buy 14 tickets each? That's way too many, surely. I'm a bit miffed that people who haven't been to game in ten years will get tickets and regular fans are struggling.

Everything you need to know about ABK Beer Ashes tickets!
Tickets for the ABK Beer Ashes Series go on sale this week – here’s everything you need to know.
There has been unprecedented reaction since it was announced that the Ashes will return after a 22-year absence with well over 45,000 fans signing up to register their interest in tickets.
Demand for the much-anticipated return of the Kangaroos is expected to be high, so fans are encouraged to buy tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Fans have until 23:59 pm on Tuesday 1st April to register for early access to the best-priced tickets through a priority window opening on Wednesday 2nd April (12pm) - before they go on general sale on April 14.
Please note, pre-registration does not guarantee tickets for the 2025 Rugby League Ashes.
Fans can still pre-register their interest HERE.But as I said upthread, the link at the end is now dead and no longer works. So it seems it's too late to pre-register, and anyone who who hasn't will have to wait until April 14th, is that right?
