| In my time watching Leeds; Senior, Godden, Schofield. If we use him better, Watkins is up there too. Sadly, the current excellent backline is wasted.

| The season I started watching Schoey was moved to SO so it would have to be Senior for me,at his best almost unstoppable.good defender,looked after his winger as well .also loved Innes and Godden and echo the thoughts re Watkins who could be a world beater with a bit of mongrel he has everything else.

| Senior was the centre who gave me the most pleasure for the longest period. But I rated Innes who was just really finding his feet when he did a Segayaro & p*ssed off to Manley.

| Schofield and Senior, plenty of good memories of Les Dyl. Only saw Syd Hynes after his broken leg when, by all accounts, his glory days (as a player) were done.

| Schofield and Stephenson the best Leeds centres for me, with Innes a very close match. Others good too, but those the best for me.

| As I named Lewis Jones as the best SO that I have seen play for Leeds I will with reluctance rule him out at centre (and full back) where he was still a genius and the best I have seen at Leeds.
However I will include Schoey as I rated him even higher as a centre than a SO. I liked the old fashioned centres ( as against the 2nd row forwards style of power over skill) and so for me Derek Hallas has to be on the list as apart from his own individual attacking play he made so many tries for the flying dentist Wilf Rosenberg (44 one year) another wingers centre was Dick Gemmell who would always straighten his run to fix his opposite number and give space for his winger a skill that is all too often missing in todays game.
So my list is:
1.Schofield
2. Hallas
3= Dyl & Hynes
4. Gemmell

| Overall it would have to be Senior and Godden. Both were pivotal to the success of their teams (admittedly Godden only did two years).
Quite a few players who made an impact during their time at the club: Tonie Carroll, Richie Blackmore, Kevin Iro
Dean Bell (second stint) > Paul Bell (unlucky guy)
I agree with Bullseye's assessment of Innes - looked classy but never really turned up. Same applies to Chev Walker.
