If our defence holds up as it has done in the last few games then we are in with a shout.

I'm not nervous at all but boy am I excited. I haven't been this excited about a Grand Final since Long's drop goal GF against the Bulls. It's great to be going into the game as underdogs because, perhaps, we'll get behind our team vocally and not give up if Leeds score first or get two scores ahead.

Lets just hope for a memorable game with both sides at their best and with the best team on the day winning. We do not want a result based on the ref's bad decisions. To loose in a classic is not a disgrace

I dunno about that. I think fans have seen too many poor performances this season to think that because we are underdogs fans will get behind the team to urge them on. It's equally likely that fans will believe the writing is on the wall the minute Leeds go into the lead simply because we have been playing so poorly for so long, and go silent.



However, it will be good to have some noise, from how ever many of us do actually turn up!



I'm neither nervous nor excited this year. It feels nicer than last year when I came crashing down after being so totally convinced we were going to take the cup home with us following our previous performances.

I don't know why you lot are so despondent. Your team is still full of the same players that have achieved so much success and there's still very little between us.



I really wish every game in Super League had the same intensity as our matches have these last few years.



I haven't anticipated a rugby match as much as I have this one our last two meetings this season stemming back to the cup game at Headingley

No nerves for me this year and I was wracked with them last year.



You are right, the nerves largely stem from having the anticipation of winning and having everything to lose.



In my experience, if you expect defeat then there is hope and a small feeling of excitement but hardly any nerves. If we are leading at half time, then there will be nerves.

As a Leeds fan I'm pretty nervous actually.



If anyone knows that form counts for very little going into these matches, it's Leeds fans!



I think there is a bit of doom and gloom around at Saints, but the quality of players at Potter's disposal is still very high, and there's a lot of big game experience too. I can't pick a winner on Saturday. I hope it's Leeds, but I'm far from over-confident.



Having missed last year's final I just hope it's a great match.
