I also like the GB shirt apart from the four nations badge. I want to compete as one nation and not as a rugby union style British and Irish lions team. I don't mind competing as Great Britain or preferably England, but I don't like the British and Irish or British Isles XIII. That's OK as a once every four years touring team, but not as a national team for world cups etc.

there were two versions, one with a sponsor, one without (I have each!). |

That would be because for the majority of our existence we have worn hoops. I think thats a fairly good reason.
As for there being a minority--I am unsure. Just because we didnt have our major success in hoops doesnt mean we should never play in them. |
