Thats a virus, best way to deffently make sure it's gone is to back up picutres, music etc and reformat your hard drive if you know what your doing and have the correct disks. |

Take care with a re-format. format means wipe clean - ie it leaves nothing not even the operating system and certainly not and files / folders (unless you use a 'wipe' software). |

May i suggest firstly loading Panda Cloud Antivirus(see link)this is the only free cloud anti-virus it is very light on your system, other anti-virus software, kaspersky and the like use loads of system resources so slow your computer down. The cloud bit means basically when someone anywhere in the world gets a new virus it automatically finds a cure which is sent instantly to all the other computers protecting them straight away, there is no update button because its constantly updating to keep you protected up to the minute, when you have run that also try either spybot search and destroy or Malwarebytes'e, all three programmes are totally free, as i sad before the cloud scan updates itself so no miether were as the other two programmes need you to instruct them to, but its very easy so no problems, good look.

I know, hence I said correct disk's. I've had to re-format my computer sevrel times. |

Spybot S&D should get rid of trojan. Make sure u run it couple of times though.
Format and reinstall is overkill if its just a trojan.
