The Big One offer was great i took 3 new people with me each got a free polo shirt and one of them is getting a season ticket for next year. The other 2 normally work on Friday nights but will go to as many games as they can next year so i think it was a big success.'"
We took three non regulars to The Big One. Hopefully it will repeated next year. |

| Looking forward to coming over on friday night, as long as we play like we did against quins then it should be a decent game and hopefully not a repeat of last year! Should be a good atmosphere too considering it's our last away game and your last home game (league anyway), bring it on  . |

This could be a tricky one for us I feel. With our position in the top 8 all but guaranteed coupled with the fact that we tend to “switch off” against so-called weakened / lesser sides, we could be susceptible to the enthusiasm that a young Hull FC side will bring.
I really feel that we have to maintain our winning mentality over the remaining 2 games if we are to stand any chance in the playoffs. IMO this is a crucial game that we must perform very well in, especially in defence
We should win, but it is games like this I get nervous about.

Agreed. However you do need your 'free tasters' to get people really interested in coming along. Earlier this season I brought 9 newbies along to the Wigan v Saints match, all paid full whack. The for the Big One, five of them came back at £10. Most of them are looking to come to more games next season...!!

Well if we have the Big One for years to come, along with a massive home opener and Obviously more people come to the saints game, hopefully that will be enough to get people in.
Saying all this though the job will be a lot easier with success on the field.
After that 2006 season when we started selling loads of tickets, had we been really succesful for the last few years home crowds of over 20,000 would become a regular thing. |
