| Quote Jukesays="Jukesays"For god's sake Brian!!!!!!!
If we don't criticise Hansen this Week then WHo are we going to criticise!!!!!!!!!!
Despite the fact he carries more ball up per game than Joel and makes more tackles per game than Joel and less errors and less penalties can't you just accept that Joel is flavour of the month and Now it has to be someone elses turn to be scapegoat!!!!!!!!
Sorry just had a quick look and guess what? He takes the ball in almost as much as Bailey and makes Many more tackles!!!!!!!!!
If this had been 6 weeks ago everyone would be saying get rid of Bailey but now again He's flavour of the Month so lets pcik on someone else!
PS
Joel was VERY GOOD on Friday and not having a go just making a comparison to highlight how ridiculous the OP's Statement was.'"
 Your spot on!
I thought Hansen had one of his best games on Friday for a long long time, he looked a lot more dangerous going forward and topped it off with a good try.
Since he was dropped earlier on in the season, he has come back a far better and more determined player.

| Quote Rogues Gallery="Rogues Gallery"Hansens work rate was immense. He played the full 80, and was our top tackle maker.
I was speaking to someone at the reserve game yesterday, who's opinion I really respect, who who thinks that Hansen could be bulked up to become a top class "workhorse" prop forward.
Food for thought?'"
I'm sure our number nine could help him in that area.

| How is phelps playing for you men? The few times I've seen him this year, he looked pretty good.
I've never rated him but he looks to have kicked on.

Been blinding at fullback, really made the number 1 spot his own. Although i suppose anythings a step up from Mathers

Not just blowing smoke, but if the guy continues in this vein of form, for me he'll be one of the top 3 fullbacks in the competition, very soon.

Going much better than last season. He has an eye for a gap and the agility to get through it. We've yet to see him tested properly in defence though, I'm not too convinced by his tackling to be honest.

| phelps started the season by getting slated and got that hamstring injury against hull, since then he come back against saints on good friday at full back and has gone from strength to strength at full back, hopefully he keeps improving because he could keep that position his own for years.

| Any news on Bailey? From what I've read it looks like he isn't going to make it.
At least we will get to see Flanagan have another go, thought he tackled up brilliantly on Friday so he definitely deserves another chance.

| If he's not quite right then don't play him imo.
The games huge but we can't afford to risk losing players for the semi and it it's own right i suppose the games too big to carry players that aren't fully fit.

| If Baileys not 100% fit then he shouldn't be risked the same goes with Carmont, I might also be keen to rest Richards and bring Ainscough in, however who would do the goal conversions I don't know, but it's certainly something I'd consider resting all three.

Ainscough was carried off injured in the reserve game last Saturday.

Any news on that injury?
I wouldn't expect we'll see him in the first team again this year but you never know if we get a couple of injuries.
