Terry Newton - tough call. Say if this was 2seasons ago, then Yes I would definately have him back.
Now - lets face facts, he's injury prone, shoulders are dodgy, knee's are going. But he is still a fantastic player - when he's on his game.
If he became available for cheap, I would be happy to sign him as a player - otherwise stay well clear.

Because teams win trophys, not single players! Newton played well in an underperforming Wigan side, therefore he didn't win many trophys. If Celtic signed Jonathon Thurston next season do you think they'd win the super league?
Having said that I wouldn't sign him, because we already have too many hookers, if anything we should try and swap Riddell for a half back to replace Smith if he goes or a prop to replace Fielden, who went missing after 2006. |

The truth is somewhere in between yours and BBB's ideas but Ellis & Peacock certainly didn't "carry the pack" and Ellis seems to be doing fine in the NRL. |
