The thing with Gerrard sounds like the trouble I'm having with Olivier Kapo on FM 2010. Instead of suspending Gerrard though, why not just sack the manager for losing the dressing room instead? It's clear that the few decent players they have want him gone.

You have to weigh it up with what they stand to lose by keeping a manager who has lost the dressing room and the confidence of the fans and players though. They could lose a lot more. They might not. It's a gamble they're taking either way.
