So as season ticket holders we are counted as "creditors"? Suppose all the ugly details will come out in time to us then, if and when we enter administration.

Sorry for my ignorance but would entering administration, as suggested by many of you, affect player registrations if/when a new company was formed ie render their contract with the currently constituted club invalid?



Either way (and I know you would be entering a buyers market) couldn't/shouldn't you be thinking about realising some of your assets by making the likes of Murphy/Obst/Ferguson/George/Morrison available for a fee while you can. I don't know how much is left on any of their contracts but if we can get over 100k for Westerman those 5 at least (and Murphy/Obst in particular)should raise a fair slice of the target sum.

Difference is that everybody knows that if they sit on their hands for a few weeks there is every chance they will get the above for nothing. Why pay for somebody in January that there's a good chance you can get in Febuary for nowt?

True. I see the dilemna presented by waiting for the appeal response to take shape.....if your'e looking good for the £500k no need to sell, but if you hang on too long before deciding a firesale is inevitable the players' value will have plummeted.

I dont think we should sell any of the players. In my opinion there is only Murphy who will be worth any sort of decent money on the transfer market. I think we should only let players go if we cant afford to pay them.

Not that simple if they are on contract if we don't pay they can take the club on if we go into administration they they are free agents that would include the likes of Murphy

I know they would be free agents but unless we have players on the field then what is the point in fighting for the survival of the club.

Can i just ask how much the club got for danny brough last year? and has that money been used to help with the stadium? im just trying to understand how wakey have got into serious financial difficulty? and surely if sir rodney can pay the tax bill he must know that wakey isnt going to go under, surely?

As a rival fan, i wouldnt want to see wakey disappear, not one bit!! and i hope that it all gets resolved quickly!!
