the game against new zealand I helped run the mrs to the ground 6 months pregnant just so i could get there in time to see the haka

probably the best game of rugby ive ever seen it had everything, fantastic attacking skills vs awesome defense, tense as hell and a draw at full time, with extra time just as good.



i had to go for about 20 pints after to calm down

The last time we beat them before last season (I think) when everybody sat down the same side, we spanked them. A reasonable group of Wakey fans sat to the left of the HW line, a quick glance to the right saw Freddie and their lass (& dog) sat right in the middle of the home fans, on his own making a right pest of himself.



Added to the pleasure of beating them, seeing him annoy the hell out of a good few dozen home fans for a good 30 mins or so.

I was sat in with home fans along from Freddie (with in-laws who are from Hudds) the game you speak of. He annoyed the chuff out of me as well. As the father in law pointed out, he was shouting 'we love you wakey' etc, but left 10 mins early. And I could only assume his dog must have been telling him about the forward passes.

Freddie aka John is a great guy. He don't a F what people think he will just sing all game and on his own if he has to.



Knows some good chants as well

He did same when we got hammerd by them at Easter 2 seasons ago I think it was now.



He was going to leave at half time but decided to see if we got any better. So he ended up leaving as soon as Hudds scored there first try in 2nd half

his performance in france year before last was a disgrace, caused all the bother that ended up with the hilarious JT bit.

Why what was he doing?

Was it when someone said to JT "And who the hell are you?"



Credit to him though he goes to every game. Very loyal.

and ill leave the what was he doing, its pointless, and actually he was being goaded on by both his wife and some hangers on.

he is very noisy and very vocal he reminds me if anyone has ever seen football away days theres an old bloke who follows burnley and is noisy as hell one match he was shouting ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK for ages and the man in front of him turned round and said I WISH YOUD HAVE A F*CKING ATTACK classic

Loyal to the club, goes to every game no matter what.



Hes a sound bloke if you talk to him although after a few beers he may get carried away a little.

I just question why he goes.

i know the blind community very well and have done all my life, usually when attending a sporting event they will have a seeing talker, ie someone who describes the game to them, the field position etc, frankly he doesnt come for that, he comes for being freddie the loud blind guy.



and he has a strange group of hangers on, who incite him.



in short adam, your patronising him because hes blind and frankly you may need to accept people with disabilities can be s too!

Well he is not fully blind, partially blind I think the term is. Hence why he takes a special sort of binoculars to the games so he can see what’s going on.



Certainly not patronising him, but he is not as bad as what people make out imo
