I dont think shaun is that bad. At least he trys his best to get the crowd going, lets face it its needed if we are going to bring back the Boulevard atmosphere.
As for the sound system, its terrible. I was at the city game on saturday and they play the enterence music really loud and it sounded bad. The speakers make that vibrating noise.
