Afternoon Dave!!
PC is already only on a fraction of what he earned from FC during his last term with us, however I personally have said publicly and in private that i would not turn down PC if he were available for the right money because as is said often on here there is no sentiment in sport and if he can do a job which he clearly can then I would rather him do it for us than anyone else!! and he is the sort of link we miss!!
However I doubt the Mrs hetherington will ever employ him again ...
and for what its worth 99% of the playing staff dont have any issues with him |

Setting history aside for a minute (I will come back to it), he'd be a good signing for Hull, given how rarely you get Long and Horne out together.
Derbies aside he was rarely brilliant for Rovers, and his price now would reflect that - but he was also rarely poor.
Behind a strong pack and with a point to make, I reckon he has one last shake in him.
Back in the real world, the idea has been rejected by senior Hull FC figures so many times, it doesn't seem feasible. He'd be decent, I suspect, but not good enough to justify the hassle/outcry.

agar would take him , but has got to work on kath hetherington  i think hes had his time in hull and many wouldnt welcome him , his off the field problems will always be with him, and he still hasnt grown up !  |

Stated that on a few occasions has Mr Rule and even though he is a great spin master there is no way he could spin Cooke re-signing for us. |
