Must admit that i think Fitzgibbon is coming over a couple of years too late in his career and im glad Rovers opted against signing him. However, it may be that a change of scenery revitalises him and he could be an inspired signing.

I think this is certainly a case of signing the person as well as the player. We signed Kearney knowing he was no longer the wide running back rower but his experience and professionalism served Hull very well I am sure you agree.
It must be great been a Burnett or Josh Hodgson knowing you will be training alongside a great player like Fitz.
Anyway the Rovers Reject subject heading is bollox!!! |

Thats fair enough they are all experts they know far more about RlLthan the top coachs in the NRL.
FWIW I think he will be a good signing, but wasnt the position i would have been targetting. |
