Cant go 6 tackles without dropping the ball,

cant go 6 tackles in defense without giving away a penalty,

have no idea how to kill a game off,

Cant kick more then 20 yards without the ball going out on the full,

no idea what to do when they get to the try line,and the same excuse every week, 'were a work in progess'

Rubbish, were nearly half way through the season....

The way its going £4.67 a match is extortion

And no, this is not a kneejerk reaction to Catalans, the things above have been happening all year

Were Catalans any better than us today (conditions?). Did you not think we were the better team and could easily have won against Leeds (twice actually). We are not great for sure but are you being a little over the top?

Catalans didn't kill the game off either despite having better field position.



Those conditions were perfect for an error strewn low scoring game.

ffs. get a grip. given number of key players out through injury and conditions we played in hard to criticise that performance. sure there were handling errors and some baffling reffing decisions (whitehead high tackle springs to mind) but overall I'm pretty happy with that result. If you dont like it maybe you'd be better off supporting hudds.

Exactly. We were on a short turnaround and missing one of out main playmakers with little practice time to work around it. We came up against one of the form teams in poor conditions and salvaged a point. Hardly the disaster you made out.

foook me, a point away against an in-form Catalans, using Sykes as 6, following up the great effort against Leeds, yet it's the end of the world for some.

I have to say, that coming on to this board after a loss is usually more depressing than actually losing the game.



Coming on after a draw is like walking into a ward full of dying kiddies.

More like a field full of forrin footballers writhing on the ground following the merest tap with a buttercup, each feigning to be more terminally hurt and outraged than the next.

To be honest, nobody (apart from kids!) is forced to watch the team, whether it's live or on TV.



Not every team can win and not every team can be successful. We're rubbish at the moment. Hopefully we can improve and be good again sooner rather than later but if not, so what? I'll still be a Bull and I'll still get a buzz of anticipation when the team come out (unless I'm stuck in a queue for the bar!) I've supported the Bulls (OK... Northern) when we were mediocre before, I've enjoyed the good times and the trophies but to be honest... I found it all a little bit stressful! At least if we're we don't expect to win!



If it's really that bad and you're really that disheartened stop watching it or go watch someone else! If not, just enjoy the ride and relax knowing that a win is a nice bonus!

Proud of the boys still running and pressuring Catalan players trying drop goals right to the end. Catalan are a form team many expected a Bulls hammering, we got a point and remain the only SL Catalan have not beaten in SL. Well done to the Bulls.

I think watching a good side turned to poop though is worse than just watching a side that's always been pretty poop.



I appreciate the trophies, but Bradford in SL is a big club. Expectation should be high and wouldn't like to seem it drop. The fans are turning out. It's a real shame though that the pre season confidence has gone. The club did a good job getting fans fairly happy after a torrid 2010.

Agreed, but we all know the reasons why the club fell from grace. Financially we were unable to compete with the big boys and lost, for one reason or another, a lot of key players. We had a head coach who seemed unable to get the best out of the players he did have and, by the end of last season the club was mentally on it's knees and confidence was lower than I've ever witnessed.



Unfortunately it'd going to take time to recover from where we ended up. We can't go out and sign star players if they're unwilling to come to a transitional team or unavailable. The success we witnessed in the first decade of SL started a few seasons before a lot of fans began supporting the club when we saw the launch of Bull Power. In reality, whilst the board and fans both say that we should be a top 4 team and that is the target every season, this season is looking like one of transition between the doldrums of last season and hopefully a return to form next year. The target is the playoffs but with a new squad in a tough league a top 8 finish should be regarded as a succcess, especially once the pre-season hype has worn off.



And let's also look at if financially from a fans point of view... the season tickets cost next to nothing compared to previous years. Despite the players and new coach coming in, most fans at the start of the season said they wanted to see an improvement on last season but aknowledged that it would take time. I'm willing to wait until the end of the season before judging it rather than writing it off already. We're ONE POINT of a playoff place and should only be getting better from now until October.
