I'd imagine the 'home nations' will each feature at least once.

Can see it being a Wales vs Lebanon final so that would leave Scotland. |

Really hope they look to the domestic competition. It's the perfect opportunity.
On a side note, the Catalan RL were invited to a meeting of rugby league nations in London last week. Although not given a concrete promise, they were asked about participating in the 2013 World Cup. |
